Justin Cianciolo is a multimedia artist, creative director, and co-founder of The Kneverworks. With a background spanning film editing, cinematography, songwriting, and production coordination, Justin brings narrative depth and strategic cohesion to the studio’s diverse creative output.

From immersive gallery installations to wearable design, Justin's work lives at the intersection of emotion and execution. He specializes in shaping experiences that are both visually compelling and deeply intentional—whether that means directing video projects, curating multi-sensory environments, or managing the technical and logistical demands of a large-scale art build.

Justin also brings years of experience in graphic design, web development, and eCommerce strategy to the table, helping The Kneverworks thrive not just as an artistic venture, but as a growing business. His past work includes digital marketing and analytics consulting, which now inform the studio’s online presence and outreach.

Based in Baltimore, Justin serves as the East Coast creative anchor of The Kneverworks, working in close collaboration with Kellen Niemeier to bridge regional communities and expand the studio’s footprint. Whether crafting visual content, producing apparel, or managing the moving parts of a pop-up experience, Justin is driven by a desire to connect people through story, structure, and a touch of the surreal.
