Refund & Return Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage to assess the situation. We will then submit the issue to Printful, our production partner, for evaluation. If approved, Printful will replace the item or offer a refund, and any replacement will be shipped at no extra cost to you.
2. Submitting Claims for Defective Products
Defective products must be evaluated by Printful. Once a claim is submitted, Printful’s evaluation process typically takes up to 5 business days. We will inform you of the outcome, and if approved, Printful will ship a replacement free of charge.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Oversize items, such as original paintings, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified defect. All sales are final on original paintings.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the item enters production, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
5. Shipping Fees for Returns
