Pricing and Timeline

Custom commissions vary depending on the size, complexity, and materials used. After our initial consultation, I’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your project. See our Deposit Details for more information. 

The creation time for custom pieces can range from a few weeks to several months, depending on the scope of the work. We’ll discuss your timeline during the consultation to ensure it fits your needs.

Commission Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon price is required to begin work on your commission. This deposit secures your place in the project schedule and covers initial materials and time.

  • Deposits can be made via Credit Card or Paypal. Payment details will be provided once the commission details are finalized.

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable. This ensures that my time and materials are covered in the event of a cancellation. By paying the deposit, you agree to this term.

  • The remaining 50% of the balance is due upon completion of the artwork. The final payment must be received before the artwork is delivered or shipped.

  • If you decide to cancel the commission after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded. If significant work has already been done, additional charges may apply to cover the time and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

  • The timeline for completion will be agreed upon during the consultation phase. Any changes to the agreed timeline may require adjustments to the project cost or schedule.

  • Minor adjustments are included in the commission process. However, significant changes or multiple revisions may incur additional fees. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

  • Before finalizing the artwork, you will have the opportunity to review the piece and request minor adjustments. The final approval of the artwork must be given before the remaining balance is paid and the artwork is delivered.

I’ll provide you with a detailed proposal, including a timeline, cost estimate, and sketches if necessary.

Proposal

Once we agree on the details, I’ll begin the creation process, keeping you updated with progress along the way.

Creation

You’ll have the opportunity to review the artwork and request minor adjustments before it’s finalized.

Final Review

The finished piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, or if you’re local, we can arrange for a personal delivery and installation.
