  • Not at all. Some of our best pieces start from a simple color palette, a specific mood, or a photograph of a room. Whether you have a highly detailed vision or just a vague feeling, we will help you map out the perfect concept during our initial conversation.

  • Because every piece is entirely custom, pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials. We establish a clear, transparent quote during Step 2 (The Blueprint) before any painting begins. There are never any hidden fees.

  • Yes. To secure your spot on the studio calendar, we typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon completion (prior to shipping or installation). We can also discuss tailored milestone payments for larger, more complex projects.

  • On average, a custom piece takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks from our initial conversation to delivery. This timeline depends on the complexity of the artwork, drying times, and our current studio calendar. If you have a specific deadline (like an anniversary or holiday), please let us know right away.

  • We completely eliminate the fear of the "big reveal" through Step 3 (The Creation). You will receive regular progress updates and photos along the way. This collaborative loop allows us to make course corrections together, ensuring you are deeply in love with the final piece before it ever leaves the studio.
